No. Per our terms and conditions, the buyer is responsible for offloading, any pumping, storage and any concrete finishing work to be performed. Ready Mix Go allows for up to 45 minutes for concrete unloading.
Order changes or cancellations are accepted only by Phone. You must speak with a dispatcher at least 90 min prior to schedule delivery, otherwise no refunds will be given. To cancel or make changes to your order, call 614-600-7147.
Several of our trucks have the capacity to deliver 2 cubic yards. We currently have one truck that will deliver up to 3.5 cubic yards. The minimum order amount is 1.25 cubic yards. Multiple trucks can be assigned to an order to fulfill the request greater than 4 cubic yards.
Yes, however, it's important that your installer or contractor understands our terms of service. As the buyer, you would be responsible for any overtime, additional material, washouts, etc. Of course, we'd communicate with the buyer, any additional charges or exceptions.
